Holds an MS in Real Estate Development (NYU Schack), PhD in Data Science, and MBA in Finance.
Previously managed multi-billion-dollar debt portfolios and worked on the earliest CMBS B-piece platform at Criimi Mae (acquired by CW Capital).

This intensive workshop introduces analytical and machine-learning frameworks for underwriting, valuing and forecasting commercial real estate performance. Particpants are exposed to underwriting a deal by stepping through a deal model and identifying areas for ML applications. Designed for analysts, underwriters, asset managers, lenders, and portfolio professionals, the session covers data aggregation, modeling, risk assessment, and value prediction using modern computational tools.
About the Instructor
Led by Dr. Daniel (E. St. Mark) Latty, former Course Director, Lecturer, and Adjunct Professor at several leading research universities. Dr. Latty is the principal architect of a new CRE valuation technique developed through his doctoral research and presented at the 2021 BOMA International Conference in Boston. He holds an MS in Real Estate Development from NYU Schack, an MBA in Finance, and a PhD in Data Science. Dr. Latty has managed multibillion-dollar debt portfolios and previously worked on one of the earliest CMBS B-piece platforms at Criimi Mae (later acquired by CWCapital).

Cancellations 7–13 days prior receive a 50% refund, and we are unable to refund cancellations 6 days or fewer before the event.
